Cancellation, Refund and Exchange

1) I want to cancel my order. What should I do ?

    If you have not received your cargo yet, you can cancel your order by calling 0850 885 09 01.



2) I canceled my order. How can I get back the payment and when is the amount refunded?

    If your order has been canceled by Credit Card or Money Order, you will be refunded within 14 days.



3) I want to return my order. What should I do ?

    Please fill out the Customer Form that came with your order and send it to your local address with your invoice and product (add them if you have an accessory and a gift). We will inform you as soon as the product is received.



4) What is the return procedure?

* If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return the product within 3 days from the delivery date.

    You may return or replace the product with the condition that the product has not lost its resaleability, the label has not been broken and it has not been used (including all accessories and promotions, if any).



    For refund / exchange; You can send free of charge to the address mentioned in the form together with the product (s) and invoice by filling out the Return / Exchange form that comes with your cargo. Shipping fee for return / exchange shipments except for Yurtiçi Kargo. Products without prepaid, used or re-sellable features will not be accepted and shipping costs will be returned to you at your own discretion.



    NOTE: Products in the category of evening dresses and special dresses; You may return or change the refundable feature, provided that it is delivered within 24 hours from the time of delivery (except on Sundays), provided that the label is not severed and has not been used. 5) I returned my order. How can I get back the payment and when is the amount refunded?

    Your order is refunded after payment;


If you have made a Credit Card, your refund will be made directly to your card within 14 business days.

If you made a transfer / Eft with the customer's address in 14 business days will be made to the address / eft will be made.

If you made the payment at the door within 14 business days, the Customer Form will be made to the address you specified in the address / eft.

In case of the return of the purchased product 6 TL shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
